Aluminum Honeycomb Structure: Lightweight and Strong
The tabletop adopts a hexagonal aluminum honeycomb structure design,made by two aluminium sheets composited with an aluminium honeycomb core, resulting in a product that is lightweight. The overall weight of the tabletop is only 1/3 of a stone countertop of the same size, significantly reducing installation load pressure and facilitating handling and construction.
At the same time, the honeycomb structure evenly distributes pressure, with a compressive strength of 30-50MPa. Even at an extra-large size of 2700x1200mm, it remains flat and rigid without deformation.
Powder Coating Process: Combining Durability and Aesthetics
The surface is treated with a powder coating process, resulting in a uniform and dense coating. It offers excellent scratch and corrosion resistance; and provides a wide range of color options, from simple black, white, and gray to personalized bright colors, precisely matching different interior design styles with a delicate and high-quality texture.
